If you require our services, please take care to give your name and the number you can be reached at to our answering service so we can easily reach you. This service is for calls of an emergency nature, and our veterinarians are not at the clinic unless there is an emergency. There will be an emergency fee charged for these services for any procedures that occur or continue after 6:00pm Monday to Friday or at any time on Saturday or Sunday. As part of our service, we also have veterinary technicians available to assist during emergency procedures if required.
Before you call:

- Please call only if the situation is of an emergency nature.
- There is a $140 emergency fee in addition to the examfor this service so please call only if you are prepared to pay an emergency fee.
- Be advised that our clinic is not open on Saturdays or Sundays and all calls will be directed to our emergency service.
Some of our patients require intensive monitoring and care in the recovery process. Overnight or multi-day hospitalization is often required to meet these needs. We can provide the critical care that may be required and our veterinary team will ensure the level of care meets the needs of our patients. We will be sure to keep you updated on the progress of your pet during their stay at our hospital. If necessary, we can also provide referrals to emergency centres outside of the territory.
